Isis McIntosh Green

BIO
Isis McIntosh Green is a political practitioner hailing from the People’s Republic of Brooklyn. She has extensive and diverse experience in the legislative, administrative, and electoral processes with an overwhelming commitment to public service, social justice, civil rights and equity.

She serves her community as Chief of Staff and Policy Director to Election Law Chair, Assemblywoman Latrice M. Walker, where she assumed that role at the age of 22. She is the proud Founder & Principal of McIntosh Consulting & Management, LLC., and the Executive Director of Progressive Democrats Political Association (PDPA), founded by Dr. Una S. T. Clarke.

Isis was was born in Bedford-Stuyvesant, raised in Brownsville, and educated by  the public school system. As a proud alumnae of both Philippa Schuyler Middle School for the Gifted & Talented and Brooklyn Technical High School she went on to earn a BS in Human Development from Binghamton University and A Masters in Political Science from Rockefeller College of Public Affairs at SUNY Albany.

She has worked on several campaigns at the judicial, city, state and federal levels. Most notably were her instrumental efforts on the 2020 re-election campaign of Congresswoman Yvette D. Clarke serving as her Deputy Campaign Manager.

Isis truly has a love of policy and her legislative portfolio has ranged from Bail Reform, Higher Education Equity, Affordable Homeownership and Reinvestment, Restoration of Civil Liberties, Automatic Voter Registration. Most recently Election Reform, and  the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation bills have been where her efforts have been focused.
